Ack - it's hot here
Aug. 9th, 2003 09:22 amI need to do laundry. Busy weekend, might as well get it done now. I wrote the first paragraph of S&W Part 4, but then the household woke up. I don't like writing when anyone can look over my shoulder. Not that they do (okay, Snorri does cos he is a curious kitty), but it's just a writing thing I have.
And it's hot in this apartment. Stupid giant windows letting heat in, despite the AC's vain attempts.
Drat, I was trolling for more entertainment, but the Kerfuffle King/Queen deleted his/her posts. I am so tempted to friend everyone else on that list just for moral support, but I noticed that geez louise - I have lots of friends! Most don't post often, but still. Very cool :)

Date: 2003-08-09 08:24 pm (UTC)I could not agree with you more. My dad looks over my shoulder every now and then just out of habit and because he thinks it's funny to read aloud what I'm reading/writing and I just can't stand to write near him when it's not work-related. And even if I show my friends what I've written I can't stand to have people watch me while I write. It'd be interesting to find out how many people feel the same.
