Suit tried on, artifact reports printed out to wow, advice asked, hair washed, nails painted (clear)... hyperventilation to commence.

Eep.

I want a new job so badly.

"Lost" was fabulous last night. I actually watched two in a row, as I'd forgotten to watch last week's. I love this show so much. I love all the characters. All of them. Not a single one annoys me, and I want to know more about them all. God, I love Hurley.



Okay, tell me something about one of my characters (Tom Riddle, Ingress, Mary Poppins, Dumbledore)that I don't know. Sigh... I am so lame.

Tom loves to paint, but keeps this secret as the other kids in the orphanage teased him about cutting his ear off.

And Richard loves his Secret Santa knife sheath, and one day his mun will remember to make him go over and say thank you.

Tom carries a green silk handkerchief around in his pocket. Before Milliways, it was purely for show. In the past eight months, however, it has actually gotten used, by Tom and by others, staunching wounds, wiping small-person noses, drying tears. It's a bit frayed around the edges now, from the all the washing, but Tom finds that he likes it better that way.

Dumbledore is a good wizard but has no grasp of psychology. Harry's going to snap at some point if he keeps this up. Either that, or he acknowledges this and is systematically chipping away Harry's psyche to prepare him for battle with Voldermort.

If Tom ever gave muggle soap operas a shot, he'd find them strangely addictive.

Every once in a while, Tom gets the feeling that everyone is against him--that they only pretend to care about him so they can punish him in some terrible way for what he's done. It's brief, and is usually forgotten nearly as quickly as it passes.

It does worry him every once in awhile--not that he believes it, but that he feels that way--and it would do him a world of good to know it's just perfectly normal paranoia many or most people experience from time to time and not anything Dark.

Tom used to have this incredibly detailed daydream/fantasy where he would go back in time, team up with Mordred, and conquer the world

When he was in his second year at Hogwarts, Tom spent several months attempting to teach himself to be ambidextrous -- when he was bored, learning to write with his left hand seemed to be a good enough way to pass the time. The attempt never actually succeeded, because Tom became bored with that, too. ^_^
