Aug. 14th, 2004 05:14 pmIgnore the whinging! Sorry for my tired Friday night meltdown post. Today has been a much better day, what with the catching up on sleep and all. Thank goodness for weekends!
I am about to work on happy shiny fic (well it's Riddlefic, so it can't be too happy or shiny) and I bought a new purse today that is a) cute, b) cheap, and c) that actually closes with ease. I also need to go over my Good Omens fic and publish that puppy, since it's been languishing for over a month now, waiting for a beta. And I need to finish up "Five Things That Never Happened To Tom Riddle" today r tomorrow.
I also have a friend's wedding website to work on. And I might reinstall my Flash M/X program in preparation to class beginning a week from Wed. I will likely just look at the screen funny and say, "Hmmm, that looks difficult." but still. I am pretty excited about learning how to do Flash stuff. Even if it detracts from my Milliways time. :P (I got fangirled the other night by someone I didn't know - I got fangirled! I mean, I get good reviews, sometimes really ecstatic ones, but I've never been fangirled!)

Date: 2004-08-15 03:27 am (UTC)I read your post from last night and heartily sympathized. RL is becoming STRESSFUL what with new internship, school, crappy technology, etc.
But we shall make time for Milliways this fall, because it is a Happy Mood Thing that should be encouraged.
(And, btw, I privately fangirl you frequently, but don't tell you nearly enough. So here: I BASK IN THE WONDROUS GLOW OF YOUR TOM. He's brill. :))

Date: 2004-08-15 05:23 am (UTC)I'm sorry you have the stress going on, too. Hopefully once we all get into our new schedules, we'll have more Milliways time than we think.
