vivienI love my family. Well, when they're not insane and making me crazy, anyway.

silveraspen) Shawnee, Ok to see an exhibit from the Vatican Museum on the Treasures of the Etruscans. This is the only place the exhibit is coming, which is surprising. But it was fabulous - I was really impressed. The jewelry was exquisite. It featured lots of owls, surprisingly. Or not, since Minerva was one of the triumvirate worshiped that the Romans borrowed.
And there was one silver ring with snakes. It made me giggle and covet it.
Ok, cultural destinations tomorrow (Tulsa aquarium, Trail of Tears museum and drama), then Friday I return home. Sigh.
And then it's back to work.... wah!!!!
