"Strange and Wondrous" is finished. It only took a year ;) I might post it tonight, or wait till tomorrow for one last go over. And with my track record, I'm thinking waiting may be the way to go. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S FINISHED! Woo hoo!

And I started rereading LotR today since I finished the biography, which remained incredible and insightful to the end. More on it tomorrow.

Sigh, it was a very good day.

Congratulations! I've only ever finished one long WIP - the other one's been slowly dragging out for a year and a half now - but I remember how happy I felt (and a little wistful too.)

Congratulations! It must feel great to finish such a major work! You know, I still haven't read all the chapters... I'm somewhere in chapter four currently. I've started reading too many fics at the same time, and that's why I'm terribly behind in my reading schedule. But now I'm going to continue reading it. :)

Tell me about it. I have quite a list, but somehow I never get around to reading fan fic nearly as much as I used to.

Oh hey, don't worry - I am so far behind on my "Fics to Read" list. But if you go back to it, it is done, at least. Right now it's up at FF.net, but the past couple of times I tried it on FA the server was busy. I might try again tonight.
