Regarding the recent news on user purging

vivienGrr. Well, I posted a line or two of content to my old RP journals anyway. Some of them would have been purged according to this update, so that's fine. WHATEVER.

news post is not being made because of the issue with News posts and notifications; the backend would likely crash if two News posts were made so close to each other.
