1) Where and when did you start RPing?
The summer of 2004 right here on LJ.

2) Do you RP anywhere other than LJ?
Ahahaha... no. I barely have time enough to RP here.

3) Do you play in any public games?
I only play in public games. A locked thread of "what if" is nice every now and again, but I don't think I'd like having all my writing be private.

4) Do you prefer first-person comment spam or prose logging?
Prose logging

5) What was the first character you ever played?
Tom Marvolo Riddle circa 1954

6) Who's your favorite character to play now and why?
Consistently, my favorite character has been Ingress, my child character. She is Door's little sister from Neverwhere canon, and when I took over playing her, she was five. She'll be eleven in a few months (!?!). She is the character with whom I have the most pure fun. She has very little plot, but she has lots of friends and fun things to do. She is my "no pressure" character.

7) What's the longest you've ever consistently played one character?
That would be Tom Riddle, whom I first tagged into milliways_bar on July 2, 2004. I actually have a little plot coming up for him soon. *winks at shati*

8) What's your biggest RP pet peeve?
People who cannot deal with the IC/OOC divide. I have learned to steer clear.

9) Do you read RP secrets and the RP anon meme?
No. Every once in a while, I might follow a link, but I can't waste time on either.

10) If you've played in public before, do you prefer community based or journal based games?
I like community based games that use journals to aid and abet what's going on.

11) Would you rather play with someone who's very very IC but a mediocre writer or someone who isn't always IC (but not terrible) and a great writer?
I'm not sure how someone could be very IC and mediocre. Maybe they'd have spelling/grammar errors? If so, I can overlook those to a point if what's behind the errors is great.

12) Do you have a "RP partner"?
I have a few people with whom I play easily and well. We always seem to be on the same page when it comes to playing. It's a nice thing.

13) Do you ever stalk any casts, games, or players? Who?
I don't stalk much of anything these days, but there are characters at milliways_bar that I always try to read when they are appear.

14) In your opinion, which part of an app is the most difficult/annoying?
Finding reasons not to make one because you have four characters you don't play enough already.

15) Are you one of those people who has to customize their character's journal layout and userinfo?
I never used to, but I did go through a phase last year in which I spruced up my paid accounts. I keep my userinfo customized as a part of game etiquette and requirement.

17) Are there any canons you avoid tagging characters from?
Ummmm... Not specifically? There are types of characters I will avoid tagging, and there are definitely types of players I will avoid tagging.

18) Most memorable scene in any thread?
I have had many, many, many threads. I can't pick out the most memorable scene in any of them, but I immediately think of threads when the other character's dialogue and narration reactions helped lead me to new insights about my character.

19) Do you RP sex?
I went through a smut phase when I first started RP, but really, there are only so many ways I can use my limited talents to describe tab a fitting into slot b. I much prefer "fade to black" now.

20) Do you play more males or females?
Historically I've played more females, but currently I am two and two. I might possibly maybe could be thinking about thinking about apping another male character. We'll see. I'll have to try him out in mixed_muses.

21) What *won't* you RP?
I'm just not into extreme violence or graphic stuff. I also hesitate to get involved in lengthy, intricate plots, unlike back in the day.

22) Dressing rooms: yes or no?
I Googled this term since I had no clue. It's kind of an IC/OOC comm with an anything goes kind of theme, yes? I like the Milliways OOC comm and I enjoy Mixed Muses where anything goes every now and again, so... maybe?

23) Ever RPed a pairing?
How about rephrasing this to "when have I not RPed a pairing"? No, in truth, I've had one serious OTP, one offscreen pairing, and a pairing that is a pairing but not really.

24) Favorite place to play: musebox, open posts, public games, private games?
Public games. (What the hell is a musebox???)

25) Talking RP with someone else who plays your character: fun or awkward?
I have never had this happen! I would be interested, though. So I guess the answer is "fun"!
