vivienI'm tired... So glad I don't have anywhere to go tonight. So my Trends and Issues class looks interesting. One of the assignments is to write a professional development plan. I'd very much like to suss out what I want to do in this field, because I'm still a little vague. I think I'm leaning towards course development. I met a fellow student who was a music teacher for 11 years and who is now a designer/trainer for an engineering firm. She said her department is growing! So - hello! - making contacts already. But wow, homework. It's been so long since I had homework ;)
My mom's cat Meowie has gone away. She was not acting well, and had stopped grooming herself (but was eating and going to potty fine), and Mom is so sad. She's sure the kitty went somewhere to die as she hasn't seen her since Sunday. She was a sweet kitty, and I feel so sad for my mom.
Day 3 of Suck It Up! I am listening to the B-52's on the way to work. They literally force your brain into happy mode.
I Love the 70's on VH1 amuses me, if only to hear Snorri mutter under his breath "That song was NOT released in 1971". Heh heh - he makes me giggle.
Oy vey, must go to work now.
