My response to SPN is pretty much Prom Queen's texted quote to her mom:
"I love it when he cries."

Yup.

Although I was not enjoying this episode until the last twenty minutes. I was kind of like "Sucking demon blood? Oh, that's so Riley Finn." and "Yeah, yeah, we get it, torture sucks. For everyone." And I am getting REALLY annoyed with everyone calling Castiel "Cas". That bugs me. I like his full name, thank you very much.

But then the twist intrigued me. I like Anna, too. So.

My reaction to next week's preview are summed up by Anime Girl's quoted text to her mom:
"I don't think I understand next week's episode." You said it, Anime Girl. Wtf???

I found it quite interesting overall at least in terms of the different ways that the brothers have been dealing with the huge struggle and also the Angels too.

Yeah, I was surprised when everyone called him that, from Dean it made sense but from Uriel and Anna, I was going huh.
