THIS IS HALLOWEEN, THIS IS HALLOWEEN!
Oct. 31st, 2009 11:36 amI am pretty damn tired and achy but I am determined to revive for celebrations. I just have to do a couple of little errands before we plan our dinner (which looks like bad-for-you snacks, a Halloween cookie cake, and Dead Man's Hand (meatloaf in an anthropomorphic shape HEE!)
I have to confess that I don't know what I am going to wear tonight. I was going to go simple and be a ghost, but now that seems kind of anti-climactic. The theme is "Things You See in a Graveyard" and before the snow, we were going to dress up the dressmaker's dummy as a headless angel and set it out amongst the gravestones. Now I am thinking I might take over the creepy angel part. We'll see how spirited I feel by the evening.
If I dress as the angel, I'll be able to freak Anime Girl out. Blink is one of her "omg so scary" things. Muahahaha.
Thankfully, it looks like a lot of snow will melt today, and the temperatures are warmer than expected from a couple of days ago. We better get lots of trick-or-treaters. We have a vat of candy.
See you guys later!
