Ahhhh, vacation is a good thing. Especially when you're visiting an old Internet cult friend who understands your new obsessions! And squeee! Road trip! With road trip snacks! Mmmmm, mini-milanos....

So here we are at minorblue's home, the we being silveraspen and myself. I got my first good night's sleep in days after letting the angst Milliways get a little bit under my skin in ways I didn't expect (there was a difficult storyline for one of my characters that hit me hard emotionally.)

It is very lovely here - the trees are turning already. We are thinking the Rocky mountain region is going to have an early winter this year. But not right now, as we have an eight hour drive Monday. *crosses fingers*
