I got the best review for "Strange and Wondrous" - the girl siad if she knew where I'd live she'd send me a fruit basket in thanks for the great story (not in a stalkery). And she left a PS "I am serious about this being the best fanfic I have ever read!" Sigh, I heart feedback...

So I pimped Milliways on my response. Snerk. I have no shame.

I spoke briefly today with the wonderful, recovering strange_selkie who was able to type, if not talk or eat, bless her heart. It was good to hear from her though - I was worried.

I mentioned I went to my old comic stomping grounds over my vacation. I finally had a chance to read the three titles I bought. DAMN IT! I'm sucked in again. The new Books of Magic was intriguing. I loved the old Books of Magic, and extra added bonus, an alt-universe John Constantine. And it's issue 1, so I'm there. The Witching was another issue #1 I picked up. It was okay; I'll give it a few more issues to pull me in or not. But I lucked out with Lucifer, since the issue I got was part 2 in a new story arc. Hurray!

Today I'm off to see The Village (and yes, the Wizard of Oz song did just pop into my head.) I hope it's good. I'm in the mood for something creepy.
