Hoo boy, after last weekend with my successful imbibing of three whiskey sours and only slightly drunkeness, I met friends for lunch (on the occasion of Sister Hurricane's visit - a friend from my first Internet cult) at the Rio (our most favoritest restaurant evah) and had what one of my friends meanly referred to as a "big girl drink" - a regular sized margarita. Usually I have the Mini - a teensy one that is served mostly for lunch. Now, in my defense, the Rio only allows three margaritas per customer - they are potent, delicious drinks. I was completely and thoroughly smashed. So smashed that silveraspen had me walk with her to the Tattered Cover bookstore (a gem of a bookstore in our fair city) in Lodo for coffee and talking for a few hours until I was in a state to drive. However, those few hours were spent in the scifi/fantasy section and involved much evil plotting, so it was well worth the time spent. And the margarita? Soooooooo yummy.

We are so taking you to the Rio, muffinbutt - YOU MUST COME HERE JUST FOR THE MARGARITAS!!!! This actually goes for anyone reading this. Come and visit - we will likker you up with quality margaritas and take you to the best bookstore ever to sober up!

I am done with my homework for the weekend. A hot bath with a Lush bath bomb awaits me on this snowy day, and then I will be writing for fun. Wheeeeeeeee!

Not at all! It's a fizzy ball filled with soothing scents and oils from Lush. They are wonderful.

They are just fun to watch sometimes, the spinning crazy motions. But Lush makes the best ones. There are recipes on the net to make your own as well.
