Spam: My husband is a documentary whore (as am I). On History International, there is a great British archaeology show called History Timelines, hosted by Tony Robinson (who plays Baldrick in the Blackadder series).

My husband has now dubbed it "The Show Where Baldrick Digs Up Stuff" - this made me giggle.

I think so - we get it on (not BBC America) here, so it might be the same show, just renamed.

Hee! I love that show. I know the dendrochronologist who does all the wood dating for it.

My favorite is the "Samwise Gamgee" archaeologist with the West country accent. I love him!

Yes, he is much fun! I like the American "History Dectectives" also. And there's "Secrets of the Dead," whose last episode was about the Black Death.
