What a roller coaster day. I cried at work. My supervisor almost cried with me, cos we are all so miserable. Then I perked up and watched FotR cast commentary. And the extras which feature the actors. That always cheers me up. Especially the Dom and Billy bits. Oh, I did do some work, but I am parcelling out the chores so I have something every day to spend a little time on. Till June 26th. Wah.

I am also very eager to get into my theater seat for PoA tomorrow, cos that will mean my duties as late fill in for The Witching Hour Line Party will be over. I have no clue what I'm going to do with a bunch of strangers in a line, but I'll figure it out. I hope.

Okay, no more pity parties.

I wish I were more excited about seeing PoA. I know once I get in there, I will be.

Isn't the school year almost over for you? Do you get a break?

The kids are gone, which is good good good, but we still have to deal with the bully boss. She is beyond unpleasant, in a dangerously unprofessional way, and she hates my guts. The feeling is mutual, but it's not fun. She belittles people, intimidates them, has unrealistically high standards for the majority of the staff, and makes what could be a really fun job absolutely awful.

I do get a break in two weeks. Thank goodness! And S. and I are still plotting for SLC - we just haven't fixed on a date yet.
