silveraspen's house last night. The Pea in the Pod deleted scene? Shivers So good. Such a happy DVD.
I am one class away from being done with my first semester in grad school. The time flew by. Next semester I have a Multimedia Authoring class in which I hope I will learn all the cool stuff I don't know about doing web stuff and the like. Tres cool.
Now for some memes, cos that's what I like to do.
1. Do you have a favourite carol/hymn?
O Holy Night and Coventry Carol.
2. What are your three favourite holiday songs? If there's a particular version, name the artist.
I like the John Denver Christmas album. A lot. Since early childhood. And I'm not ashamed to admit it.
3. What's your favourite holiday movie?
Oh man, I heart It's a Wonderful Life. Everytime I see it, I see something new, something meaningful to me personally. It helps that it is an all around good acting ensemble and strong story. And that the villain is named Harry Potter. That makes me giggle.
4. What's your favourite holiday TV special?
Charlie Brown Christmas - Linus gives me shivers every year. And I'm not even Christian.
5. What's your favourite holiday tradition?
Stocking presents from Santa. For all the grownups.
6. What recent holiday trend/idea/fad do you absolutely hate?
Holiday commercials in October
1. Those paper toilet seat covers in public bathrooms, do you use them?
I have a borderline phobia of dirty toilets. Like, I've had anxiety nightmares that stick with me about having to go really really really bad, but finding the facilitites not up to snuff. However, I don't use the seat covers cos they're icky in actual use. Two strips of toilet paper are just fine. Or holding it till I get home.
2. What is on your Christmas Wish List for Santa to bring?
Buffy Season 5 DVD
3. In the month of November, Brian wrote over 50,000 words on his novel and is nearing completion. What did you accomplish in the month of November?
I wrote 3,000 words of challenge fic and finished my first sem. of grad school.
4. Have you ever snuck into someplace that you shouldn't have? Tell me about that.
We used to sneak into the drama dressing rooms during pep rallies. And our teen hang out for awhile was a cemetary where we technically shouldn't have been. But hey, quiet, peaceful, and atmospheric!
5. Do you recall the first internet meme you participated in? How did you come to find out about it? Do you still participate? Why or why not? (a meme is more or less a weekly question and answer thingy, but also includes any idea that a lot of folks do at the same time, like "what X are you" and such).
Geez Louise, I have no clue.
6. Do you have any favorite internet or "streaming" radio programs or music channels you wish were available in your car or on a portable radio?
No.
7. Ever been skinny dipping? What's the story there?
No. And I don't think I ever will.
