Oof, I got a 15 minute chair massage today and my shoulder is soooo sore. I decided to go ahead and get an hour massage on Saturday. The place is close and not too expensive, and dammit, I'm tired of being so notted and full of stress pain. Plus my dr. appointment isn't till Nov. 3rd to get it checked out. I can't really afford the massage, but I kinda don't care at this point.
