Harry Potter Fic Recs

I am out of the fic loop and require assistance. I am looking for quality stories for a friend in the Neville/Luna and Ginny/Draco realms, and I myself would love to be pointed to some fine, dark Tom/Ginny (with Ginny being 16 at the youngest, please).
