Poopy economy

I got a new version of the "no thanks, you suck" job rejection today. The school district instituted an immediate hiring freeze, and the position I interviewed for will likely be filled by someone within district. Oh well. I was excited about the better salary and benefits, but not so excited about the actual teaching part. I think that means it's time to get out.

In the meantime, my new motto is "suck it up". I've been complaining and moaning and kvetching waaaay too much. I will now SIU and think of good stuff. Like how I found one of my recommended texts at the library and I'll get to read it before I decide whether to buy it or not. Woo hoo! I have one textbook already that I need to get through Amazon - I'll find out tomorrow whether I need another.
