Oct. 21st, 2002 07:08 pmI am a mess today. I forgot my sister-in-law's birthday, so I ran around after work like a chikcen with head cut off trying to get her present bought and mailed. I didn't make it to the post office on time. Grrr.
I worked Saturday, and then had a very fun slumber party into Sunday afternoon, but I didn't get laundry done or errands run. At work I'm not too behind - I should have my lesson plans all done and stuff ready for next week by the time I leave on Friday for LA. EEEEEE.
I hope I don't have to get a second job. But it's looking more and more like a necessary thing. I am sooo tired! These children are energy vampires. I'm not even excited about Halloween, and I usually am all about the spooky fun. I don't even have a costume. It doesn't help that my school allows nothing to be mentioned concerning Halloween, and due to the majority of my classroom stuff still being instorage, I can't reach the box of my holiday clothes. Wah. Pity poor me.
Well, boo hoo, I'm going to destress by playing Zoo Tycoon.
