I'm going to keep doing stretches in the morning - that has helped. Taking a walk at lunch is good too. There is a gym right down the street that I will be joining at the end of the month - I have never been able to do the before work exercise, but I can do the after work kind.
Also, is it just odd working with men? I'm the only female on a team of six, and they are all nice but not social at all (in the way I'm used to). How do you deal with that? None of them are mean or grumpy or anything - they just aren't preschool teachers :P
