I adore the ending. It leaves something open to your imagination. Just as shown by the reviews you got at FF.net, different people see different events coming to turn. Personally, I haven't such a happy go lucky view on this coupling, but if people want to read happily ever after into your ending... who am I to spoil their fun.
And that people are able to disagree on how this fic ends, is really a testimony to how well you have written this story. Thank you very much for this enjoyable story.
