The folks in my house are mainlining CNN, so I have retreated into the bedroom with a cat on my tummy and a laptop. I can't take the coverage, man. It makes me sick with nerves. I just... ARG.

I am proud to be an American. I always have been, but sometimes it's been hard to accept the policies and attitudes of my leaders.

I am proud that I live in a country of "us", a country of diversity and pride, where, yes, we can.

What a night, kids. What a night. I think this is the most monumental positive experience in my lifetime.
